Treats all alround

Not only do the animals get treats when Terra and Madie come visit but they bring special home baked bread for all of the humans. Yumm!

Spring Break Help at Edwards Animals

Madie took Toby for a walk. He was wearing his beautiful new halter decorated by Pine Lane Student Council kids. Look how jacket and halter match.

Toby and Bucky get lots of attention by volunteer crew, Shania, Aaron, Dylan, Triston, and Asys. All animals love all the attention.

This is our berm that we hope will keep rain and snow from making such a sloppy mess. Trouble is that the rocks seem to have a mind of their own and keep "walking" away and need to be put back.

All the animals were glad to have so many wonderful volunteers visit the. Polly, the pygmy goat, Mollie the Zebu, and the two llamas say a big Thank You to all the wonderful volunteers.

Spring Check up with Dr. Rice

Grandview ILC brings gifts

Friends from Grandview ILC brought Lynda a beautiful card and a big bag of gifts that included homemade chocolate chip cookies, gloves, lotion, bath gel and a back scrubber. They even gave the Edwards Foundation a photo album and promised to return so they can take lots of photos to fill the album. We look forward to their next visit!

Dirt and Rocks -Body Building!

We have a problem with rain and snow melt runoff. All the water drains from the pasture to deposit slick mud and sludge into the back yard. Our solution was to rebuild our berm to divert the water to the other side of the pasture. A side benefit is that Dom, Kevin, Brandon, Austin, and Codi Shayne could give gym workout program for today.

10 truck loads of dirt and a big load of gravel later -- all still standing and all still smiling!!! Thank You!!!
