Llama Shear day

We got our llamas sheared on Saturday. Everyone did a wonderful job and our volunteers helped give shots to the llamas. Everyone is feeling better now that they don't have as much fur.

New t-shirt designer

Our new t-shirts were designed by a wonderful girl named Leah. She poses with her favorite animal, Eddie. We are very happy that we have great volunteers who help out the rescue.

This Friday, while the teachers were walking out, our volunteers worked hard. They took all of the animals on a much needed walk!
All the animals enjoyed the walk, thanks to the farrier. The volunteers and the animals were in 80 degree heat.

Scouts Visit

A group of scouts came to visit the farm and help take care of the animals. We love all the help with feeding and taking care of the animals.
The  Elizabeth one of the llamas enjoyed seeing the young scouts.
This man came with his grandson and helped with the tour. Bucky greeted him and welcomed him to the farm.
Alfalfa, one of our new goats loved the extra attention.
Petunia, the sister of Alfalfa, also loved the attention.
