Spring Shear for Lamborghini

Lambo was inside for two days to stay dry.  He could not be sheared if his fiber was wet.

Sayge came to help and takes time to love on Bucky.
Lambo loaded right up and ready for his ride to Debbie Terry's sheep farm to meet the shearer.
Sayge, Jacque, and Miranda help walk him to the sheep shearing shed.
Lambo was well behaved and glad to get rid of his heavy coat.
He looks so good without his coat.  Come try to lift that bag of wool.  Yes sir, yes sir, three bags full.
Thanks to all who helped with this endeavor.  Thanks to Debbie for arranging this special day.

The boys came!!!

Today April 11th a large group of 6th grade boys came right after we finished with unloading and stacking up a good amount of hay for the animals. After pancake had an episode with some of the girls we had to put him in his "calm pen". This made it much easier for everyone so we could get everything done in peace. Don't get me wrong we all still love pancake though. And that is just about everything that happened this day!

the P.C.P.K visit

This Saturday there was a large group of 6th grade girls that arrived at 9:00 and cleaned out two pens out all by them self. They all did surprisingly well when cleaning the pens. After they cleaned the pens we all took out the lamas and horses on a walk out front where they enjoyed eating the grass and trees. There were also many other kids ( volunteers ) that came many of which where new and are planning on coming every Saturday starting today!!!
