Eagle Scout Jacob T. McEniry
Jacob was not only honored as an Eagle Scout but he was also the recipient of the Centennial District's 2014 Optimist Club Award. Jacob constructed an artic door, roosting ladders, hand rails for mounting blocks and a hay feeding rack. This enhanced our animal rescue farm's ability to handle and provide for our animals. It was wonderful to be included in this celebration. Congratulations Jacob!

Record Time Sparkling Barn
Morgan, Joslynn, Zoie, Paige, Sasha, Ian did a marvelous job of animal care in record time. Was it the thought of finishing early and coming into the warm for hot chocolate? Thank you. It is wonderful when teenagers and volunteers get up early to help us on their day off.

Singles Meet and Greet
This wonderful group of singles came to help out with chores on a beautiful Sunday morning
They pitched in to clean stalls, walk animals, clean poop, spread pine boughs and give the animals lots of TLC. The weather was beautiful and everyone had a good time. We look forward to another visit from this group. Thanks to Tamara for arranging everything and for the photographs

New Year New Volunteers
With the new year we got some wonderful new volunteers. We were so glad that Callie, Roxanne, Ian could come out and help introduce them to Pancake.
Our new volunteers were glad that most of the snow had melted and the sun was out keeping them warm. Our new volunteers are Deb, Jessica, Zoie, and Mac,
Roxanne is teaching our new volunteers how to clean the horses hooves and other horse knowledge.
