Make Mine a Chocolate!

                Make Mine Chocolate!

Before buying a pet Rabbit or Chick for you house at Easter please consider these facts:

*Rabbits and Chickens are not low maintenance pets.  They require as much work as a dog or cat.

*Rabbits can live 8 to 10 years sometimes longer. Chicks 5 years or more

*The necessary spay or neuter for rabbits can cost $200 dollars or more and rabbits require routine vet
care.  Chicks can grow into noisy roosters.

*Rabbits and chicks when grown are not cuddly- they can become frightened when held.

*Rabbits and chicks cannot be set “free”--- it can be a death sentence.

*This Easter why not make it a Chocolate bunny or chick.

*Or a cuddly stuffed toy instead of a live animal.
Help make it a happy Easter for bunnies, chicks and ducklings, too.

Help spread the word that bunnies, chicks and baby ducks are not disposable pets.

Alternatives to live animals:
-Chocolate bunnies
-Realistic looking toys
-Decorated Easter baskets
-Colored Easter eggs
-Fuzzy stuffed play animals.
-Spring bouquets
